No lots will be released to any one or trucking company without a written release sent to the auction company.
Neither Berryhill Auctioneers, nor CIRCLE D TRUCK SALES will be responsible for any items you purchase at this auction. When SOLD, the Buyer becomes the new owner and is responsible for all the items purchased.
